Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Chilli Coast product. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@chillicoast.co.uk with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Unopened items If you've changed your mind, you may return unopened, undamaged jars within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@chillicoast.co.uk before returning anything. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Opened items For food safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened jars. If you're unhappy with the product for any reason, please get in touch and we'll do what we can.
