Terms of Service

By placing an order with Chilli Coast Scotland you agree to the following terms.

Our products All products are handmade in small batches in Dunbar, East Lothian. We take great care with every jar, but as a small artisan producer, minor variations between batches may occur.

Orders Once an order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.

Pricing All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Allergens Our products are made in a domestic kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, nuts, and seeds. Full allergen information is listed on each product label and product page. It is the customer's responsibility to check allergen information before purchasing.
