Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days from dispatch.

UK Shipping Flat rate £3.95 for all UK orders, regardless of quantity.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged in transit We pack our jars carefully, but if your order arrives damaged please contact us at hello@chillicoast.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
